Direct Booking Prices (Updated 2026)
To keep things simple and transparent, we use seasonal guide pricing for direct bookings. Prices can vary slightly depending on stay length, dates and demand, but direct bookings are usually cheaper than third-party booking sites as no commission fees are added.
Off Peak Season (November to March)
From £75 per night
Spring and Shoulder Season (April, May, September and October)
From £95 per night weekdays
From £120 weekends
Summer Season (June to August)
From £105 per night weekdays
From £135 weekends
Peak Holiday Weeks and School Holidays
From £140 per night
One-night stays are available for walkers, carers, workers and short respite breaks.
