Our Caravan
Our 6 berth caravan is lovely and cosy, perfect for families, old and young. We have endeavoured to maintain an appeal to all. We include all the mod cons including additional USB sockets in all rooms - we have that problem too!! The van is equipped with modern central heating and fully double glazed. Freeview and streaming services are also provided in the main lounge and master bedroom to help keep everyone entertained.

Living room
The living room is a home from home. Designed to be warm, comfortable and relaxing. We included a smart TV and DVD player. There is also a small selection of DVDs and games alongside fidget and sensory toys.

Our living room transforms at night, with sensory lights to give an even more relaxing feel to it. We aimed for subtle and elegance to appeal to all and help relax not give everyone a headache These can all be turned on or off as desired.
Kitchen area
The Kitchen area is fully equipped with all the mod cons including a, kettle, toaster microwave, coffee machine and air fryer.

The sofa and dining table have been selected to allow a wide open area and easy access for wheelchairs or puschairs

Even our dining table has been selected with space in mind. Ideal for eating as a family or playing games on.

Passageway
Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about our passageway but it is reasonably spacious by comparison to other vans we have stayed in.
Master bedroom with en suite toilet
We have kept this area as an adult space with no sensory lights. This room is extremely spacious with ample room. and USB sockets either side. Bedding will be changed to a more neutral tone.
Master bedroom TV & en suite
The TV is not a smart TV but has full freeview with excellent reception. We have also put a DVD player in here. Fell free to bring a fire stick or laptop to plug in. We will leave a spare HDMI cable just in case.
Twin bedroom
The twin room is ideal for siblings or besties alike. In fact our teenage daughter and her bestie have described this room as their little safe space. Again plenty of USB sockets - so no arguing for that charger. We have also put sensory lighting in here. (bedding will be changed to a more neutral tone)

The lightig in the twin bedroom - not sure a video does it justice - we aimed for subtle rather than disco. Aimed to both relax and distarct.
Second double bedroom
Our second double bedroom includes sensory lighting and books to provide an escape to the manic mayhem of modernity.
Shower room
The main shower room includes a toilet and shower. The shower is extremely spacious with ample room to wash in. The toilet in here is not cramped either!! IYKYK!!
Shower room child accessibility
If required we also provide a stepping stool and toilet seat for any younger children. This is stored out the way if not needed.
Forget an essential?
We forget things too, the exact content may vary owing to suppliers but we will provide a free pack to see you through - a minimum of toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo will be provided to ALL our guests. (in addittion to handsoap, toilet roll etc)
Highchair
We just about recall how inconvenient it was to remember everything AND carry everything or asking around to get things like a high chair, so we provide one for you. completely free of charge. Unfortunately we do only have one but hopefully this helps. If you don't need it - don't worry its in the cupboard out your way
Travel Cot
Same as the high chair - its a pain lugging around or waiting for the park or paying through the nose to get one for even a few days stay! So, yep, thats right feel free to use ours. Agin only one and in the cupboard out the way if you don't need it
Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer
We have a washing machine and tumble dryer for convenience and to save money and time and lost items and having to wait around...and everything... we get it, we got you. ALL inclusive in the price of your stay.
Decking area with seating
When the british weather permits , feel free to use our table and chairs and relax on our decking area (with a beverage of your choosing) - we do take these down over winter and in bad weather to preserve them.
Outside lighting
Our sensory experience extends beyond the interior - honestly - we couldn't believe how amazing these work and make the caravan look!!
Private Parking space with accessible ramp
Our caravan is located by the park roadway and has an accessible ramp, we complimented this with a lovely 6m x 3m driveway - plenty of space for wheelchairs, buggies and getting in and out without getting muddy in that typical British summer!!
